This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") describes the manner in which Find your good place. (www.findyourgoodplace.com) (hereinafter, the "Site"), operated by Terra Verd LLC d/b/a Hi From Business Camp (hereinafter, "HFBC") and Ruoom Inc. (hereinafter, "Ruoom"), collectively referred to herein as "Company," "we," "us," or "our," collects, uses, stores, and discloses information obtained from users of the Site (hereinafter, "User," "you," or "your").

The Site is a human-curated directory of East Asian, Southeast Asian, South Asian, Central Asian, and Pacific Islander-owned businesses, accessible to users globally. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

This Policy is incorporated by reference into and forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use governing the Site.

Section 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Provided Voluntarily. When a User submits a business listing through the Site, Company collects the information voluntarily provided by such User, which may include, without limitation: the name of the business; the business category; the physical address of the business; the business website URL; social media handles or profile links; a description of the business; the cultural community with which the business is associated; and the name and contact information, including email address, of the person submitting the Listing.

When a User contacts Company directly via electronic mail or through any contact mechanism made available on the Site, Company retains such communications and the information contained therein for the purposes described in this Policy.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically. When a User accesses the Site, Company and its authorized service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including without limitation: Internet Protocol (IP) address; browser type and version; device type and operating system; pages visited within the Site; time and date of access; time spent on individual pages; and referring URL. This information is collected through standard server log files and through Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No consent banner is required for its use. Information collected through Plausible is used solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Site. 1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies. Company does not use cookies for analytics purposes. Company may employ cookies, web beacons, local shared objects, and similar tracking technologies in connection with User's access to and use of the Site. Such technologies may collect information regarding User's browsing behavior and preferences for the purpose of supporting Site functionality and improving the User experience. Users may configure their browser settings to decline certain cookies; however, doing so may impair or limit the functionality of certain features of the Site.

Section 2. Use of Collected Information

Company uses the information collected pursuant to this Policy for the following purposes: (a) to review, evaluate, and process business listing submissions; (b) to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and its features; (c) to respond to User inquiries, requests, and communications; (d) to analyze Site usage patterns and user behavior for the purpose of improving the Site; (e) to comply with applicable legal obligations, including lawful requests from governmental or regulatory authorities; and (f) to enforce the Terms and Conditions of Use and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Company, its Users, and third parties.

Company does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer User personal information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. Company does not use User information to serve targeted or behavioral advertising.

Section 3. Public Nature of Business Listing Information

Business information that has been submitted to the Site and approved for inclusion in the directory is published publicly and is accessible to all visitors of the Site, including users located anywhere in the world. Information published in Listings may include, without limitation: business name; business category; physical address; business description; cultural community association; website URL; and social media profile links.

Users who submit business Listings acknowledge and agree that approved Listing information will be made publicly available on the Site. Business owners or their authorized representatives who wish to request the correction or removal of Listing information may contact Company at hello[at]findyourgoodplace.com. Company will process such requests within a reasonable period, not to exceed thirty (30) days from receipt of a valid request. User acknowledges that removal from the Site does not guarantee removal from search engine caches, third-party indexes, or other external sources beyond Company's control.

Section 4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

Company does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose User personal information to unaffiliated third parties except in the following circumstances: (a) to authorized third-party service providers engaged by Company to assist in the operation of the Site, including without limitation hosting providers, analytics providers, and technical support vendors, each of whom is bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those set forth herein; (b) to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, courts, or other governmental bodies when required to do so by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, including in jurisdictions outside the United States; (c) to enforce these Terms and Conditions of Use or to investigate potential violations thereof; (d) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, its Users, or the public; or (e) to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of Company's assets, provided that such successor entity agrees to be bound by obligations no less protective than those set forth herein, and provided that affected Users are notified in advance of such transfer.

Section 5. International Transfer of Personal Data

The Site is operated from and data is processed within the United States. Users who access the Site from any jurisdiction outside the United States acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws and regulations may differ from those applicable in their jurisdiction. By using the Site, User consents to such transfer, storage, and processing.

Users located in jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws, including without limitation laws governing the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data, may submit a request to exercise such rights by contacting Company at hello[at]findyourgoodplace.com. Company will respond to such requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Section 6. Data Retention

Company retains User personal information, including business listing submissions and related correspondence, for so long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such information was collected, to comply with applicable legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce Company's agreements. Submissions that are not approved for publication may be retained for a reasonable period to support the review process and to address any related inquiries or disputes. Users may request deletion of their submitted information by contacting Company at hello[at]findyourgoodplace.com, and Company will honor such requests to the extent required by applicable law and consistent with Company's legitimate operational interests.

Section 7. User Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law and the limitations set forth herein, Users may have certain rights with respect to their personal information held by Company, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of such information. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Company does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. Users in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under the data protection laws applicable in their respective jurisdictions. Section 8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to and is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13) years. Company does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen (13). In the event that Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent, Company will take prompt steps to delete such information from its records. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored on the Site. Users assume the risk inherent in the electronic transmission of personal information and are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution when submitting information online.

Section 10. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, including business websites and social media platforms. This Policy does not apply to any third-party website, and Company is not responsible for the privacy practices, data collection, or content of any third-party website. Company encourages Users to review the applicable privacy policies of any third-party website prior to providing personal information thereto.

Section 11. Modifications to This Policy

Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Any amendments will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. In the event of a material change to this Policy, Company will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to affected Users. User's continued access to or use of the Site following the posting of an amended Policy constitutes User's acceptance of and agreement to be bound by such amended Policy.
